The the little score reflects the fact that the fees kept increasing monthly during the time that I was there. It was an inability to pay remotely without a fee. I also was overcharged in my last bill and have been frustrated that I have not been able to resolve that.

My score would be 10 out of 10 however I do feel that the company should rethink pro rating rent when people move out things can rapidly change and having to pay for a full month even though you move out a few days after seems a little unfair and price gouging

It was very easy to reserve online and the deal was good as well. The girl in the office was very friendly and helpful. The unit is clean
