Well one main reason is to say there was a Latino gentleman come ripping through the back gate of this storage place in his truck and trailer behind him he comes ripping through there about runs me over to get into his space right next to my car with a truck and trailer on him. I would literally had to dive out of the way so I would not get hit by his truck. He gets out of the of his truck and slams the door into my fender. He couldn't speak English so I could not tell him that he hit my car I tried to explain what he just did I got no service out of him went to the office I also got no service there either so yeah when somebody damages my car and almost runs me over and they don't take care of a pile of rubble if. they can't do those two or three. Especially for a customer that had been there way before it was CubeSmart. It comes down to customer service and I told them. I also told them that I was out at the 15th of the month. They kept bombarding me with text message saying you you sir Owe us rent. And here's the kicker guy went to the office and told them that I was asking management if there was a reimbursement of money if you didn't use a whole month the manager told me no so she should have known from the 15th to the end of the month I was not going to be in there so why would you keep bombarding a customer for payment text messages phone calls somebody there is not doing the job. I never had a problem with the previous owner. But if a person and his belongings cannot be safe. Then why would you be with such company I had no problem with the previous owner new kind of company all kinds of problems. And you know what's really funny is the way you treat customers is not good. Is because that particular store is going to start losing contracts. Cuz I have been told a lot from where I live in a trailer park use that patherelar storage place. But you all forget that there is a brand new public storage opening up just down the road brand new facility you don't have to worry about. Road material on the ground I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about people getting run over. As I almost was run over if I hadn't dived out a way and hit the concrete and my car got messed up. Most people are going to go to the new public store. It's just a fact. That's why I gave you a one and I should not have to lose my life over storing a vehicle or a piece of property that I own at your house facilities there's no reason for it management said they couldn't do anything about it. Not a correct way to run a business especially in today's business world. Because I'm thinking you guys think you're the only one on the block that can store people's stuff but you are not. But if somebody tries to run me over and damage my car that was a limited production car very hard to find parts for and if somebody's going to damage my car and almost run me over. I as a customer will not stay around. If he or she and their property is not safe why would you be given people $80 for an outdoor spot and it's not a safe environment so just heads up a lot of people are going to go to public storage and you know they're going to be clamoring for customers cuz they got to fill them bins

Because I nearly got run over by one of your Latino landscapers in there I had to dive out of the way I had to hit the concrete and then when he jumped out of his vehicle he slammed his door right into my show car and management really didn't want to do anything about it or say besides I guess more or less me paying for the damage even though someone else did the damage to me and the Latino gentleman did not give to you know what that he damaged my car and I always had the park next to all this chewed up BlackTop material that should have been cleaned up but every time I had to put a rope on my car cover to keep it from blowing off I had to roll around and all that blacktop material and in a good stuck in my skin and all that you know mess up my jackets whatever my clothing with so many should have swept that up and got rid of it places are all about appearance nowadays

No one was ever at the property. Gate was left open mutiple times, likely broken or blocked from closing for some reason for entire weekends. Difficilt.to reach anyone at company if any issues at location.

All of my clothes — even my wedding dress — have to be thrown away. My semi-new mattress is ruined too. Somehow the inside of my unit became soaked, and everything I owned was swallowed by mold. Piece by piece, my life was destroyed. I didn’t just lose “things.” I lost irreplaceable parts of my story — old photographs I can never take again, awards I worked so hard for, and precious keepsakes passed down from family members who are no longer here. Those weren’t just objects. They were memories. They were love. And now they’re gone. As if that wasn’t enough, there was even a dead rat in my unit. Walking into that and seeing the damage felt like a nightmare I couldn’t wake up from. I am completely heartbroken. I filed a claim two days ago, and the silence since then has only made this feel more overwhelming and isolating.
