There was a lot of mouse droppings in the unit...also some of my items were chewed up but other than that every thing else was intact

The manager at the property. I forgot her name maybe Marsha or Rachel. She is rude and very combative. When it comes to answering questions regarding rate changes and adjustments, She is not cooperative at all. There's basic security provided, No insurance for your belongings. They increase your rent rate twice a year according to the manager. No updates are made to unit or the property yet they still increase your rent. You will not receive any phone calls to inform you about increases . If you didnt recieve any emails from them, thats your loss. Acording to the property manager "its an automated system, so no we don't call to make sure youre aware. You need to check your email". The rent increase is not feasible. It is a drastic 40% increase yearly for no apparent reasons, when asked why so many increases? There no updates, no added security. You'll be responded with "that's how it is here. It's in your contact." There are better and cheaper storages around. I'll take my business where I'm respected and valued as a customer.
