Was double charged for one month I paid online. Took over a month to get the refund back and was only offered half off for another month for the issue before I was offered the refund. Refund to my card didn’t work so they issued a check but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t even got that and it’s $117

Great customer service

Increase in fees several times. Dead mice in unit. Updated address and phone number several times with various managers, but my receipt still has my original address and number. Both are over 4 years old and inaccurate. Was out of the country, received a forwarded message about issues at unit. Website states I can receive packages at location, was told I cannot. Stickers attached to lock repeatedly covering drain on lock causing rust and replacement. I requested no more stickers, was told it was policy and my thoughts were irrelevant. I had to replace my lock because of adhesive damage. Unit leaked on my belongings while out of country.

Super Friendly and helpful staff. When my online reservation did not meet my needs, they took the time to show me more suitable units that were a better match for my purposes. Highly recommended!
