Super Friendly and helpful staff. When my online reservation did not meet my needs, they took the time to show me more suitable units that were a better match for my purposes. Highly recommended!

The customer service was great and promp. I got all the information I needed I just feel like it could be explained a bit more clear.

A couple of years that was a different staff who treated me very badly, but today, when I returned to cancel some of my spaces, the staff is much different—very kind and polite people. For that reason, I didn't cancel my other two spaces here; I am still a customer of cubesmart selft storege,

was easy to get set up online, friendly staff when checking in onsite. Units were clean and airconditioned-we were very pleased with condition of our materials stored when we picked them up. Also, very clear info provided on monthly as well as set up costs up front (no hidden fees).
