Chad was excellent on my move-in date.He explained everything very well & is extremely professional.

Access is difficult off Route 10. The main reason is price, though. Rate went up 20-25%. Also, it was very hard to get carts to use to move stuff in and out.

I didn’t actually leave I got a bigger unit. I’m so happy with it so far and this is the 3rd time renting.

My space at the Rte 10 area was RV #24. I went a couple of days ago and not only were ther 5 foot mountains of snow, which made the spot impassable but there was a pickup truck parked right in front of my space also. Management there just shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do about it. Pathetic. Besides jacking my rent unexpectedly from 240$ up to 330$ So I pay them 330$ a month to have them dump 5 tons of snow in my space? No offer for refund, nothing. This place is a ripoff. I’m just so disappointed and frustrated with what happened. Do not use this place!!

We only got 4 months of rental at the price we thought was good for at least one year.The price increase was ~30%.Then I wanted to rent a bigger unit at an internet rate and incorporate our belongs from the first into the bigger one.I was told we could not do that as it would be “abuse of promotion.” We parted ways. You clearly do not need our business.
