Lift to second floor rarely if ever worked, making visits extremely difficult.

Facility is in poor shape. Frieght elevator is constantly not working. This lasted at least 3 months since i rented there. There are exposed electrical wires within elevator shaft that is not to code. Electrical cover plates are missing. Walls in shaft are in poor condition. The rest if the interior facility has very poor lighting in general. For this company charges in storage fees you are better off elsewhere.

Back wall was falling in from the unit behind and had a couple days the lots wasn't plowed and made loading dangerous
