Chad the manager at the time was very helpful in getting me out of my current small unit and into a larger unit for less than half the rate I was paying for years saving me a great deal of money in the present and in the future.

Over priced-under served; local staff was ok, but not particularly helpful. Facilities were marginal...bathroom was always dirty. Moving carts were rarely available at the pick up/drop off location; if needed, I had to go looking for them.THE BIG ISSUE: your district "manager" is an arrogant, pseudo businessman...when asked about matching a competitors rate (and term), his best and "final offer, take or leave it", was to move to the same sized unit adjacent to my current unit, at a somewhat reduced price than what I was paying, but substantially more than market price. Absolutely will not return to ANY Cubesmart location, and will steer any potential customer to another supplier.This "manager " is BAD for your business!

Not a fan of continuous price increases. I was aloyal customer for over 10 yrs and new customers got better rates than I did.

never had a real problem. Once in a while, nobody would be in the office, but that's about it. Prices were reasonable up to a point.
