This was my second time securing a space but I had to cancel before I was able to move in. I specifically wanted this location because of my positive experience from the last time I rented out a storage space.

I rented a parking space, but never used it in the 8 months I had it because my driver crashed my truck. I forgot to cancel the parking and requested a phone call back from the manager of the location on numerous occasions over the last two weeks, and she never phoned me back. Terrible and unprofessional on her part and Cubesmart as a whole.

The area was always very clean. Easy access. The prices could be better. We were tenants for over 10 years. Long term tenants should be offered discounts.

There were all kinds of problems just trying to go there in person and sign up for the storage unit. The computer system was not working. I could not get copies of all my paperwork, because the manager said that sometimes corporate legal would not allow it. This was very strange and unsettling. The lock for the storage unit is a mess. It's terrible. I do not know why they did not have the circular combo lock like I was given in other Cube Smart locations that I rent from. Not a good first impression at all.

Convenient location, excellent condition of the unit I'm renting, and pleasant employees.
