Clean, friendly staff, easily accessible

service was excellent at my locations and the facility was clean. The only negative is inside the storage was dark

Chad was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and as advertised. Price was fine. My only complaint is that the contract starts the day you call them. I suppose people rent units at the very last minute. I needed to plan, so I accepted that I'd have to pay for a few extra weeks. You should really be able to set a start date.

It was super easy to get a unit that fit my needs. I wasn't expecting the contract to start on the day I signed up. I guess people do this at the last minute. I was expecting to plan ahead, knowing when my floors would be done. Ended up having to pay for a whole month I didn't need My bad for not reading the fine print. Place was clean and as promised. Hand carts were easily available. Chad was very responsive and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend reading the fine print.

Chad was excellent on my move-in date.He explained everything very well & is extremely professional.

Access is difficult off Route 10. The main reason is price, though. Rate went up 20-25%. Also, it was very hard to get carts to use to move stuff in and out.

I didn’t actually leave I got a bigger unit. I’m so happy with it so far and this is the 3rd time renting.
