My mom died I moved everything into storage I paid for storage for over 2 years 3 units one unit I lost a lot of things out of that were personal from my mother as well as other family members instead of any sort of reimbursement I get told I have to file a claim never using this company again in addition to all of the up charges and my items weren't even safe

Everything was excellent

The manager, "Cam", was very helpful in explaining the policies, the billing, and was right there at the facility when I pulled in to check out renting a unit.

The employees are great.
