1 David refused delivery that were being delivered to unit from my company for about 8 years because we changed name on unit and they never had me fill out paperwork to accept deliveries again. This cost my company thousands of dollars because we had to reschedule a whole week of customers services. 2, new gate went up we pay for 24 hr access after 6 months of new gate being up tried to access before business hours and couldn’t get into unit had to reschedule another customer only got a $15 credit. 3 Lost access to dumpster because lock was changed. 4 paying $430 for a 10x10 unit climate controlled David said he would see what he could do about price when it was increased because your 10x15 were cheaper than that and never followed up with me price never changed. So we got new unit 10x20 climate controlled for $178. 5 could not receive any deliveries on Mondays because office was closed.
