What an amazing and helpful group. Aquila and Tracy were amazing. When my motorhome wouldn't start, Tracy even called her elderly father to bring his jump box down. Outstanding! This is the best place for storage!

Your customer service is above all the best. I only expected to have the storage for about 3months , but ended up there 1 1/2 years. I never had a problem. I'd like to give a special thanks to Akilah for her outstanding customer service. We need more people like her and Tracy. I promised to stop by just to say hello in the future.

The location on Allentown Blvd went above and beyond working with me on my move in date several times, they were never pushy or demanding on my move in date. It has been a joy. Thank you!

Clean , reliable, safe, accessible, lighted

We have three storage units at this location. The last one we just rented has a person living in a unit who had a grill sitting outside. They are also smoking and now our unit smells like smoke. From a liability and property insurance exposure you all have an issue.

Nobody, according to my opinion gets a perfect score. Every business has issues. I've been with this facility for almost 19 years. I have had to down size due to death and health problems due to age. I've had the the pleasure of working with several managers over the years. Thank you 😊
