Every month or two my bill went up. I rented a unit with cube smart based on their competitive prices, however; my monthly bill kept going up with no end in sight. I'm the last six months my bill went up nearly $80 per unit. This business practice is terrible. I ended up renting a storage unit from a family business that isn't a big greedy corporate business.

Office staff was very cordial and caring

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, had easy access, and had good carts to assist in my move in and move out. I would absolutely use CubeSmart again.

Your staff is very good and helpful. The pricing is a. Illusion, you come in at one price and within a few months it has increased and continues to increase. The security is poor.

It was good as far as service went, but the introductory cost shifting to "full normal cost" was a big sticker shock and the "convenience fees" for paying online was an unneeded sticking of the customer.
