Very informative when looking at the facility, answering questions, and helpful. Manager was very friendly and professional. Facility was clean and most units seemed to be in good condition.

We have been in that storage locker for over ten years. we have had no problems. Only complaint would be as of late it has been very hard to get a hold of anyone in the office.
