The longer you are with them the more expensive it gets in one year my storage moved from $152 to $264

Bugs and rodent droppings were found all in my clothes and couches… the rude customer service rep Patricia was GHETTO AND RUDE some guy who claimed that he worked for the company broke into my storage unit and broke my jewelry box and broke my dresser (daughter) and threw my stuff all around the unit… and then that GHETTO ass CSR had the nerve to call me and say that I needed to come back to the storage facility to clean up my trash… which I didn’t even leave then the bitch tried to steal $238.50 for a month of storage fee which my unit was cleaned out 2 days before the storage fee was due not to mention on top of that she tried to steal an additional $58 for sum late fee.. thank God my bank card was locked because this company is a fraud and they don’t keep your belongings safe the gate is always open… So BEWARE!!

The process of securing a storage unit was extremely efficient and so was closing out the unit. The entire staff were friendly and helpful.

People were helpful and responsive.
