The units are clean, the office manager, Tay, is very nice and responsible, the only issue I have is the rate increases for three units because I had to cover that for an estate and it became very prohibitive.

No idea why but they keep increasing rent for no good reason . Let alone when I started renting the unit , yes it was under a different owner . But the space didn't grow or I wasn't shown any improvements and everything is covered in dust from the property .

Your staff is wonderful. I did not like the big price increase in February out of the blue. We downsized the unit to save money.

I would have scored higher except for the dirt and dust getting into the unit ...that is a problem.
