I had no issues with staff or my storage unit except for one's I caused myself. Staff was awesome!! Friendly, helpful, polite, and professional.

Your prices are way to high! 5 x 10 closet. Because of that I wouldn't use you again. You didn't even repair my door!!!

While the unit is clean and the staff professional I was surprised by the “bait and switch” tactics with pricing. When I looked through units and prices online I knew nothing about the “ insurance “ (($16. / month) or $29 administration fee. Shady

Manager was very helpful in getting us into a unit with a day notice so we could clear a home up for sale. The rate is very fair
