Ivy was a pleasure to talk to about our storage needs. She was friendly, informative, and listened to our requirements. The facility was clean and felt safe, well protected, and monitored. The unit we perfect for our needs and reasonably priced. The process to rent was so quick, I was in and out of there faster than I expected. Overall, exceptional service by Ivy.

Really nice facility but needs more dollies since there is alot of units I would recommend at least 6 for each floor they are on.That way when people are moving things in and out and others are there at same time doing the same no one has to wait for one and can use 2 since they are small.

Very good customer service and easy to set up and cancel. I will definitely use CubeSmart in the future.

Overall a wonderful experience with this storage facility. Would use again.
