We were with CubeSmart for 7 years and never had any problems.Every time we went into the office to make a payment, everyone was cordial and nice.We were reminded of our payments due by email beforehand, which helped with us not missing a payment.

The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. The unit was easily accessible and the hours were great. I really wanted to stay as CubeSmart is conveniently located close to home, however I needed a larger unit. I found a better price for a larger unit elsewhere.

I have been in this storage area for a moment but I haven’t gotten any light bulbs or lights.In storage at all been attempting to get lights so I can what I’m doing.

It is an excellent place—clean, organized, quiet, and safe. But above all, the reception staff is very professional and friendly; they explained everything to me in detail and helped me through the entire process.
