There are no carts available. The inside is not climate controlled. It is very hot in them halls during the summer. I looked all over for a cart and could not find one, end up having the carry stuff through long hallways to the car.Need to use code to get out. Never seen this before. Most other storage facilities have it so that you just pulled up the the gate and the gate opens automatically. Not here. There are no restrooms available. If there were, I didn’t see them. So if you are working loading or unloading after office hours, what are you going do.

The customer service was absolutely amazing the lady that took care of us was great we definitely recommend this facility…she made she the unit we needed was the right fit for us
