The store rep Alicia went over and beyond to help me get everything squared away she even stayed late to get my contract completed.She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional at all times. She is awesome! Excellent customer service was provided via phone and in person!

My climate controlled unit was just as cold as was outside. I never heard the heat on and it was negative temps. And the walls were coming down. The clerk said she was going to have it fixed but she never did. This place is terrible.
