You got me on the low and raised my rent 30% in less than 6 months.

The units had a lot of moisture in them. That is huge cause for concern. But I was in a desperate situation so I still stored my belongings in them.

The store rep Alicia went over and beyond to help me get everything squared away she even stayed late to get my contract completed.She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional at all times. She is awesome! Excellent customer service was provided via phone and in person!
