Very friendly service and knowledgeable staff.

Storage areas very clean, the various buildings DO have very sufficient and natural "earth ground" climate control, even though there is no heating or cooling other than hallway exhaust fans. NO freezing or heat issues.The staff is very polite and efficient, if the desk person has to step out of the office, they display a "will return" message clock on the (locked) office door, showing their estimated return time.

The customer service provided by the amazing ladies who work at this office, is priceless. Although I feel thr pricing is rather expensive for this storage, they made it all worth it!!
