Very friendly staff and very capable. I was in a precarious situation that needed a quick resolution on the day I needed to get a storage location for my car, they were prompt with providing me with what I needed. The discounts available to me also made me feel I got a lot of value for my money's worth.

Storage areas very clean, the various buildings DO have very sufficient and natural "earth ground" climate control, even though there is no heating or cooling other than hallway exhaust fans. NO freezing or heat issues.The staff is very polite and efficient, if the desk person has to step out of the office, they display a "will return" message clock on the (locked) office door, showing their estimated return time.

The customer service provided by the amazing ladies who work at this office, is priceless. Although I feel thr pricing is rather expensive for this storage, they made it all worth it!!
