I had to pay for mandatory insurance, which covered nothing of my damages. 12 lg trashbags full of damaged items from mice pee and feces. 2 live mice were in storage with movers there & water damage. Not happy

The prices are ridiculous of how much it goes up pretty much every month, which is ridiculous

Nick is a very nice person and is very informative and friendly.

CubeSmart was easy to use, easy to set up an online account, and overall a very nice storage facility.

This was the dirtiest, filthiest storage facility I have ever been in in my life! The dust and dirt trigger asthma attaches and covered all surfaces. The mouse or rat droppings were all over our items stored there, I even saw a mouse run across the hall. There was little to no temperature control. The elevator made such bad noises it felt like I was taking my life in my hands any time we used it. The fees were over the top! I have the same size unit a few towns away for 1/3 of the price, and it is clean and temperature controlled. We had to wear gloves and face masks while in the facility. The only it took so long was that my son had moved out of state and was critically ill for the last year and a half. I have never been so relieved to get my items out of there!

they were professional in everyway

Clean and affordable. Nick (manager) is a fine young man who has been extremely helpful in getting me used to the facility and systems. He obviously takes great personal pride in maintaining the integrity of his building.
