Your people in your products are great! However, your contract in all the information in them is kind of mind-boggling. I would encourage you to shorten the contract.

Your prices go up too often and I wasn't happy with the bait and switch moving in cost. It's predatory

Most of my items had rodent damage and I had to pay a junk removal company to take them away. A worker took a picture of one dead rat when we got the door open. Nothing was said and no concern shown. The items were damaged and unusable, I have pictures and receipts. When the junk removal company came we found another dead rat while moving the bed. Sadly some items were family heirlooms that were lost. I have been advised to file a claim which I will.

After only a couple of months, you raised the rent without notification.

The place was dirty and had rodents.Not to mention the outrageous fees!

Close to where I live

I had to pay for mandatory insurance, which covered nothing of my damages. 12 lg trashbags full of damaged items from mice pee and feces. 2 live mice were in storage with movers there & water damage. Not happy
