Service and maintenance has always been great.

Excellent Service

Renting was easy and communication was great...in the beginning. When I signed w/ CubeSmart I was able to leave a credit card on file for monthly processing. During my lease that particular card was compromised so I went in to put the new card on file only to be told there would now be a $7.95/mon "convenience fee". For those who aren't aware how credit card processing works, yes the company pays fees to the bank to process credit card transactions, however these fees are no where near the "convenience fee" CubeSmart is charging the consumer. Having to go into their office to avoid paying this fee is also a challenge as they often conduct their off-site business (bank, post office, etc) during office hours therefore the office is unmanned. Last but not least, the facility only has 2 elevators, 1 of which has been broken for several months.

Unit was burglarized a few years back

I never had any issue or concern with my items being stored here. Never once did I see a bug in my stuff and it always felt safe.

Rate went up way too often

Moving to New Braunfels

Feels like a great decision compare to the last storage unit I have used before

Doorways are to small

Casey was amazing. Storage area is amazing. Access and driveway is a bit concerning. Only one elevator is working. Parking is uncertain. Directions and signage would be helpful.
