Don’t appreciate the rate hike after 2 months

Your employees Casey and James are good employees. They took the time and patience to demonstrate us several storage units. The whole place is impeccable and ready to move in! That sold us on staying and renting a larger unit!

Casey and James were extremely helpful in moving us into a bigger unit, thus saving us money and getting more storage space!

Very overpriced storage found a new storage unit that will not raise the price or less than half of what I was paying for the same size unit. Would receive a notice saying my payment was due on the due date and on that same day get a email two hours later saying my payment was late

It was so easy to apply and access the storage, the use of the elevator and the lock in the bag.

Easy service, quick access

Caisy and James were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They even found an occasion when I did not lock my storage correctly and called me to notify me. That was great service to me. It actually happened twice. I really appreciate the security measures that take to keep my things safe. The access to the premises was good as well. I'm rating it an 8 because it was a huge inconvenience for me to have to a haul my trash (several boxes and broken items) away from the premises. It would be great if the company had provided a dumpster for customers to throw trash away and not have to haul the trash in my new car or any car for that matter. Thanks
