I was always greeted by a friendly voice on the phone when I called or had to stop by. My questions were answered quickly and when my bank started using a different third party billing system I was immediately notified of the discrepancy.

Prices were raised very often. Even after I closed my account they charged me the next month. They have yet to reverse the charge.
