Service was good, clean facility

Too hot, building is not insulated. Temp is at 80 but feels like 86. It's dark. Motion sensor goes off in hallway after 45 seconds and you are told to put up your own battery lights. We had to bring lanterns to move out and to sort through items. There are internal doors that make it impossible to navigate items through. This location should not have the CubeSmart name. It's way below standards. We moved to a competitor and pay more but it is worth it. It's unsafe at this CubeSmart location. It's like going into a hot tunnel. And why are there rat pellets in the units.

Cost vs value

The gentleman that helped us was very informative and helpful, answering all our questions. I also appreciate his honesty, as we have a storage unit elsewhere that we are moving to your location. We’ve only been with the other location less than 6 months and they increased our rate by nearly 50%. The gentleman helping us let us know that CubeSmart would be raising our rates as well and that this was just a common practice and didn’t want us to be surprised. I appreciated his honesty. We will have to see how much the increase is and when it happens to see if we will stay or need to figure something else out. Your facility is much cleaner and nicer than our other facility so that’s why we decided to moved everything.

Friendly staff. Well organized and clean facility. Never had any issues when dropping off and picking up my stuff.
