1. The storage facility has been broken into and robber several times. My unit has had the lock cut and things gone through, and the facility never even called to let me know.2. Almost always there is something broken down at the facility. The gates get stuck open often and you can’t use them to get in, it is supposed to be a climate controlled facility and it is hotter upstairs then it usually is outside.3. The rates keep going up every year with no cap, it is way over priced

My trailer was stolen from the facility and the company neve me contacted me like they said they would. I also found multiple posts/reviews from other people who had property stolen from this location. Finally the police told me there is constant break ins and theft and management has done nothing about it.

Because when we rented it online and a woman called us and confirmed, I received an email confirmation, BUT when we got there the price was almost double..Big rip off, would never rent from you and would tell anyone who asked to find another place. We has no choice as we were from out of state and had a truck load of furniture.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager is as rude and unprofessional as it can get. When I went to close the account, he basically waved me off with his hand and dismissed me out of the office. He acted as if I was bothering him and wasting his time even though I was only in there for 20-30 seconds.
