great experience although your locks are super wonky and the latch on the door does not easily catch. I have to really wrestly with both to get the door locked.

It was rather difficult to find my unit. I had to circle Building A several times before I figured out where it is, which leads me to three suggestions.1) Within the mobile app, create a map of each property showing external unit numbers and the access points to the indoor units with a label stating the closest units to that access point.2) For iOS (sorry, I can't speak for Android), create a CarPlay app that will display the map in bullet 1 when the user is on the property.3) While each access point has signage, make them larger and post two of them so that it's easier for people to see them, regardless of the direction they are driving.

All the employees are great. Very accommodating, extremely helpful, and very nice.

The management at 990 S Boulder Hwy does not respond to maintenance requests, denies access to the rest room,does not clean up leaves collect in the condensate run off infront of my door, the door to the interior spaces has been broken for over a year. The Rental rates went from $230 with Storage West to the latest increase to $563.00. It kept going up between 17 and currently 15%. I get an email from you telling me to rent from you a unit this size on line for $145 or $220 on site. This does not make any sense for me to pay $563. I would have moved out sooner but had some medical issues. I was one of the original tenants with lease #9 and had 24 hr. access to get to my tools for work. I am very disappointed with CubeSmart and will not recommend you to anyone.
