I went recently to open my unit and my key didn't work. The manager told me I put my things in the wrong unit. When I chose a unit, the employee opened the door and that is the one I used. Accusing me of using the wrong unit was a poor choice in customer service. More likely, the employee who set me up forgot which unit they gave me. Even if I was somehow given the option of two different available units, it would be up to the staff to confirm where I put my things. Coming to the site and finding a new lock on the unit with my things was disconcerting. Since the staff discovered this error, they should have called me to sort it out. Instead, the code I was give didn't work and I had to go to the desk to find out why. If I had come after hours, this would have been very upsetting -- nobody contacted me to update my code. The manager chose to tell me I made a mistake and used the wrong unit. I don't know what they did with the original lock I purchased -- which they must have cut off. All around, this was handled poorly.

The manager was always helpful and for the time, the unit served it's purpose. The size and the unit, having the swamp cooler to help with the heat from the weather here was a plus for me.I am handicapped and the manager was always accommodating to my asking questions and treating me with the utmost respect.
