Very friendly staff, great customer service, clean facility and units. The downside is the guaranteed price increases, but this is typical of storage units, unfortunately.

The starting rate was fair, but the amount of rate increase was ridiculous!

I use cube storage for one full year. There was one time I think I was late on my storage unit payment for that month I think by three or four days they didn’t charge me any interest and it was the same price and that played an important role along with friendly staff good hours.

Terrible customer service. And 1 month into having our unit our price was raised $60. At close out I was told I was good but then was charged for the next months rent when I was moved out.
