I have no complaints or issues with the team there everyone was respectful and professional.

Hard to contact customer service or district manager. Fail to listen to you and help solve issue. Unethical business practices. Will take out extra auto payments and not return them. Even when bank provides proof. They make you feel like a liar and wont accept any paper work from you unless it comes directly from bank. Wont return phone calls or email

I liked it so much I rented a larger cube - not going anywhere!!David at the Cube Smart on 990 S Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada 89015 is outstanding!! Promotion and/or pay increase would be super!!

All of my items were stolen out of a unit, including car keys. My care was parked at one of your spaces. U increased the price of the space and the insurance company says they are not responsible for the unit that was broken into.
