The management at 990 S Boulder Hwy does not respond to maintenance requests, denies access to the rest room,does not clean up leaves collect in the condensate run off infront of my door, the door to the interior spaces has been broken for over a year. The Rental rates went from $230 with Storage West to the latest increase to $563.00. It kept going up between 17 and currently 15%. I get an email from you telling me to rent from you a unit this size on line for $145 or $220 on site. This does not make any sense for me to pay $563. I would have moved out sooner but had some medical issues. I was one of the original tenants with lease #9 and had 24 hr. access to get to my tools for work. I am very disappointed with CubeSmart and will not recommend you to anyone.

Everything went just smooth and super friendly

I went recently to open my unit and my key didn't work. The manager told me I put my things in the wrong unit. When I chose a unit, the employee opened the door and that is the one I used. Accusing me of using the wrong unit was a poor choice in customer service. More likely, the employee who set me up forgot which unit they gave me. Even if I was somehow given the option of two different available units, it would be up to the staff to confirm where I put my things. Coming to the site and finding a new lock on the unit with my things was disconcerting. Since the staff discovered this error, they should have called me to sort it out. Instead, the code I was give didn't work and I had to go to the desk to find out why. If I had come after hours, this would have been very upsetting -- nobody contacted me to update my code. The manager chose to tell me I made a mistake and used the wrong unit. I don't know what they did with the original lock I purchased -- which they must have cut off. All around, this was handled poorly.
