good price, not a long commitment, just thought the "welcome bag" was a bit much when just the lock was inside, i could have been given the lock at the desk.

David and Malik were great...very communicative and accomodating. David, the property GM, offered great storage options that were very helpful and benenificial for our particular storage needs. Since we reserved the unit from afar, it was nice that calls were either answered immediately or returned promptly. The property is clean and appears well-maintained. Nothing but good things to say so far. But I do wonder about overall security as the perimeter chainlink fence on the west side of the property along the drainage canal doesn't seem to be terribly secure. But I've had very good luck renting from CubeSmart many times before in AZ and I don't anticipate any issues at this one.
