They have a lot of availability and great customer service

The door to our storage unit was malfunctioning for almost a year. A cart is almost NEVER available. I have to walk around nearby entrances and still could not find an available cart.

Unfortunately, we did not have a smooth experience after we vacated our storage unit. All I wanted was an email confirmation that we moved out to ensure no further charges would be incurred but this did not happen until 3 days later. We kept getting the run around that they were busy and they would email me later but never got anything until 3 days later. One of the reasons for the delay was something about their internet being down. This is understandable but in this day and age, there are always downtime procedures for business continuity especially as it relates to customer billing.

The staff was thoughtful.
