Bill was amazing! after the week i had getting to Vegas, he was polite, explained everything to me. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me out.

Not enough carts. Only three and one is in very poor condition. Each entrance has a location for three, so there should be 6. I had to scour for a cart many times and wait a few times because all three were in use. About half way theough our rental our unit was broken into. The staff’s effort was not impressive. As far as I know they did not review the tapes of tge entry/exit longs to try and determine who it was. Nothing was taken because I believe the culorits were ininterupted in the act. Seceral boxes were torn open.W

I recently moved to Henderson and found out I had more furnishings than room in my new house. Did a search on the internet found CubeSmart just two miles from me checked out their web site full of information and was able to reserve a storage area on line. A couple of days later I stopped in to finalize the details and sign the contract and get the gate code that’s when I met Bill who was such a pleasure to talk to. He gave me all the information I needed and a code number I could remember. Took me for a tour showed me where my unit was elevator and stairs. I did notice how clean and secure the building was. It was a fast and painless transaction thanks to you bill !

Convenient

1. The storage facility has been broken into and robber several times. My unit has had the lock cut and things gone through, and the facility never even called to let me know.2. Almost always there is something broken down at the facility. The gates get stuck open often and you can’t use them to get in, it is supposed to be a climate controlled facility and it is hotter upstairs then it usually is outside.3. The rates keep going up every year with no cap, it is way over priced

My trailer was stolen from the facility and the company neve me contacted me like they said they would. I also found multiple posts/reviews from other people who had property stolen from this location. Finally the police told me there is constant break ins and theft and management has done nothing about it.

Bill was the Best. Great customer service!
