Trailer vandalized and hundreds of dollars worth of my possessions stolen

The price was raised multiple times during our time renting.Also our unit was broken into, never notified by cubesmart even though they said they called me. Items were broken and we pay insurance on the unit but cubesmart said they could not reimburse me.

Constant break ins and lack of corporate and management response to making the facility more secure. You are backed up to a freeway with lots of homeless etc that have easy access. And no secure fencing . Nobody walks the property came to our rv with battery box and propane lid on the ground and batteries missing . Clearly nobody walks around as that would be a signal to call the tenant .gates constantly broken and open ! Do better

Cost. We felt like you were taking advantage of us.Cooling. When I came in last summer, the unit may have as well been an air cooled unit.

When I booked the unit online I was told cost for first month would be $85.25. I received 2 text stating I could pay online or at store at check-in. Reservation made 12/31/25 with a check-in date of 1/3/26. On 1/3/26 when we arrived we were told promotion ended and we had to pay $153.75. I wanted to go someplace else but my husband said to just do it as we had a full truck load of furniture and he didn’t want to drive around trying to find another storage place. I have the quote in writing and you should honor that quote. I definately will not recommend your facility. This was a total bait and switch!

My trailer was stored there for approximately 13 Months and was broke into or vandalized twice and they have almost no security they fence along the freeway is way to open and short no cameras and I’m sure it’s dark . The gates seem to be broken more than not.

People are so attentive, they are always easy to work with them … plus they offer first month free!

Poor security. Units were systematically broken into and robbed over time including mine.

Rent kept going up. Final straw was 362 a month found a place for 199 a month for 12 months with one month free same size better location.

No security. My belongings were broken into and robbed along with many other units at this location.
