Because when we rented it online and a woman called us and confirmed, I received an email confirmation, BUT when we got there the price was almost double..Big rip off, would never rent from you and would tell anyone who asked to find another place. We has no choice as we were from out of state and had a truck load of furniture.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager is as rude and unprofessional as it can get. When I went to close the account, he basically waved me off with his hand and dismissed me out of the office. He acted as if I was bothering him and wasting his time even though I was only in there for 20-30 seconds.

The price was raised multiple times during our time renting.Also our unit was broken into, never notified by cubesmart even though they said they called me. Items were broken and we pay insurance on the unit but cubesmart said they could not reimburse me.
