Horrible broken into TWICE in less than 30 days.

My unit was broken into to TWICE...after the first break in I ask for a new unit and then a week later my unit was broken into!!!....Absolutely horrible. Jim the on site manager was very nice, but the storage unit was HORRIBLE

Your company is constantly raising monthly rates to rent. $452 per month?!?!?! No thank you. Rates were already too high!! Also, it is SO dark and it’s difficult to see inside the unit, let alone in the hallway.There are not enough available carts to move items and it’s difficult to get through the entrance/exit doors with a cart . There is nothing to prop doors open. I would absolutely NOT recommend your storage company.

This is a very shady company I had a bunch of stuff stolen. The manager Jim was way sketchy about the whole thing!

The price rate kept going up and it was not really climate controlled. I was told that they only make it around 10-15 degrees colder than what it is outside. And in Nevada is gets over 100 degrees outside…

jim was super helpful and welcoming. getting everything set up was an absolute breeze. prices are reasonable.

There's nothing more I could ask for it was a nice secure building employees were very helpful at times I look forward maybe to seeing you again
