The facility was clean and convenient to access. Daniel provided excellent customer service. He was kind and professional. He answered our questions with ease and walked us through our contract signing.

The facility is so clean and the staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.They have been willing to offer suggestions that have been very helpful.

The access, cleanliness, and access to the spacer made it worthwhile.

Kids was amazing at answering any questions I had. Was very kind and thorough. She told me when I came in , to speak with Daniel and he was super nice and helpful. It's very refreshing to speak with people who genuinely care! No screen to talk to, an actual person on location running the facility!

Would have given a ten, but I had an appointment at 9:30 and the staff didn't arrive until 9:45. I don't like waiting when I have an appointment.The facility is good though. No complaints.

You raise your storage prices every 2 months. I moved 5 times in 10 months on the same floor at Cubesmart in Hendersonville to keep my storage price close to when I initially moved in. I also paid in advance. I would rather you charge more upfront for the storage space than raise the prices that much. I don't have time to keep moving around storage rooms due to your pricing increases. The last time I moved storage units on the same floor and the new storage room was 3 doors down from the storage room I was renting, It was the same size, and the storage facility never rented the storage unit out. I moved for no reason, I don't have time to keep moving around to different unit #s at Cubesmart. This is a bad business model and you lose customers like me. Price your storage room due to the market demands so you won't lose customer. I moved to STORPLACE, The price is higher but the price will remain the same for at least 12 mos. Fix your pricing so people will know what they will be paying for a minimum time period, 3 or 6 or 9 or 12 mo. Increasing your prices every 60 days is not a good market plan and you wont retain good paying customers.
