The place is great. It’s clean and has a friendly staff, but suddenly became extremely expensive.

They are very friendly, very accommodating good to help out.

I have used them for most of the last 3 yrs and have been happy with the staff, space and access.

Price increased several times during 2 1/2 yrs, with staff giving lame excuses as to why prices kept getting higher.

The original price quoted for the unit was a lot less than what cubesmart decided the increase of the unit should be every year, also gave minimal notice of increase. A 10x15 unit literally ended up being over double the price in 2 1/2 years, they kept raising the rate… that’s ridiculous when I can get the same unit for under $100 just 1/2 mile away compared to cube smart charging $261 per month. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends due to the inconsistency in prices. It’s no different than any other climate controlled unit that I’ve rented in the past. Cubesmart is way too expensive. Also I have another unit that is climate controlled, First floor, 2nd unit from door and I’ve had it for 5 years. It’s Gated, cameras, keypad, same size and the price has remained the same every year. Cubesmart increases their rates more often than yearly, whenever they feel like it. Very dissatisfied with the prices and excuses given for increased rates such as where the unit was located. My other unit is first floor. They haven’t increased my price 3 times since I’ve been a customer with them. My unit at Cubesmart was on the second floor. I had to pack an elevator full multiple times, many trips made. That’s not convenient and I shouldn’t have had to be charged extra. I guess owners needed new Mercedes 🤷‍♀️

Clean, very easy to set up and shut down. It was strange not having human interaction at first, but it was all so easy that I ended up really liking the process.

Great location, 24/7 access, got a discount for autopay. Lovely customer service, drama free

Low score due to frequent rate increases. I would have continued to rent the unit if it wasn’t for the increased rates.
