Facility was clean and staff were friendly.

Monthly invoicing and auto payments were easy. The facility was clean and well kept, but I seldom went there. Rental rates did increase rather quickly, which was one of the primary reasons driving our departure. Initial rent in June 2024 was $262.50 and our most recent payment was $372.00. That's a 42% increase over a 2-year period. The current advertised full price rate on the website is $345.00. That business model probably works for you, but it doesn't make sense any longer for us.
