Everything with Cubesmart had been good. I had the unit for around a decade and everything was good with it. Never had issues and when I needed help it was good.

Easy access, clean, and convenient.

Overall, pleased with the service and pricing. Initial experience and impression was not great (broken elevators, unavailable dolly, uneven temperatures, lackluster customer service). Several months later there was gradual improvement and issues were addressed for the remainder of occupancy.

Nice people and we could solve everything on spot with no delay. Especially the manager was very helpful.

Price increases were pretty frequent, and not fair in my opinion. But staff is great, so that makes the score go up.
