The place is a bit expensive compared to other storage place and it doesn’t have automatic garage opener.

Rick is very nice sbd thorough with info.

Staff is good. Any issues were resolved in a timely manner to not disrupt the move. It was a rocky start with the first unit, but it ended on a better note! Email is not a reliable source of communication worth this location, but they always call back messages.

Cleanliness, push carts, helpful employees.

First time using a storage unit. Liked that my unit was climate controlled. There was a staff member present during the day. Very secure premise with a locked gate.

I am at 5252 Nike Dr. I’ve dealt with the manager there and a woman named NICOL. They screwed me over by not giving me my money back on my unit saying I went over the time and had the wrong lock on it so she’s charging me for another month. They got me a new unit where the door doesn’t work and no one seems to care, including the manager or her. I would like to get my money back very disappointed.

Ron and Rick were awesome.

I had to move units because after just three months my bill went up over 25.00
