I loved the facility and could have stayed there longer but the amount of money I was charged from the beginning to the end of my time there was ridiculous. I knew people there who were paying less for more. I was a loyal consumer who spent 8 years there. Feel like there should be incentive for loyalists instead of the opposite.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was well maintained.

The annual cost increases are astronomical and not correlated with inflation or any other metric. 25%+ annually is borderline offensive. Storing with you guys simply became too cost prohibitive.

You kept raising the monthly rate by at least 35% every 3 months.
