The person at the facility is not helpful and I paid extra months of an unused locker because he failed to assist with cancelling this one to get another on the first level.

The facility was clean and staff was friendly. We never had any issues and felt confident that our belongings were safe.

I initially reserved a unit online at a different CubeSmart Hoboken location and it was horrible. Mouse infested and with only one archaic elevator from 1869 that you had to run up the stairs to locate it and then bring to your desired floor.

Excellent personal customer service

I thought the unit was clean, easy to access, suited my needs well and I loved how the elevator and carts were always available and working! On top of all this, Luis was really helpful and friendly.
