I've always had a great experience with my storage unit and the facility. I've already had a friend sign up for a storage unit from my recommendation.

Very inconsistent in pricing. My rate went up twice while I was there for 1 1/2 years and every time I went to visit my storage unit my code would read “denied— code unavailable” I had to call customer service more then once to get a temporary code, it was very time consuming
