Fairly hard to navigate this location

I already told you guys this when I closed my other storage units hosted by your company: YOU PRICED ME OUT OF YOUR FACILITIES! The constant price jacks to all of my units, you've literally kicked me out CubeSmart. The costs of my units have grown well over 200% of my initial rental price. And what did we get out of it? Did you guys clean the facility? No... Did you unlock the one bathroom for the customers at that location? No... Was there anyone in that facility to assist? No... And yet, my rental costs would go up just about every few months. This is the second storage unit I've closed at this facility. My company also has several storage units there. I'll be closing them all over the next few weeks. Instead of being fair to a customer who might have used your services for YEARS, you ballooned the pricing out of greed and you lost a valued customer and the potential for referrals for to my clients. I've already turned in 3 units with more to come. Would I recommend CubeSmart to friends, family, or clients? What do you think I'm going to say...?

Very easy to book, access and close. Staff was helpful and the space was safe and clean.

For one, the price increases are insane. When I close this unit, it was easily almost triple the rent of wha the original rental price of this storage unit. I would have stayed with CubeSmart for years. But you guys priced me out yourselves.

Place doesn’t always feel safe when gates are left open for no apparent reason. Also, better carts should be put in.

The price hikes are border line inhumane. I went from 193 to 347 in 2 years
