Easy access, nice office manager

Too expensive...but conveniently located to my home

I liked that it had a locked gate and the hours were good. The thing I didn’t like was the cost went very soon after signing up.

The units were clean and the manager was great. But snow removal was spotty at best making it difficult to access units even days after a snowfall. And the already expensive rates went up every six months.

the location felt safe and clean, but the light above my storage didn't come on while packing out and both of locks were frozen took a while to make them functions. I believe it should be part of maintenance for the responsible personal on site to lubricate these locks of and on for customers.

I was able to store my belongings easily and the staff was always pleasant to deal with. Being able to open the gate with the app was nice too.

The woman who works at cube smart in Holbrook is fantastic. It’s pleasant to speakk and she is helpful and answers any questions I may ask. The only problem I had with storing had was every year u raise reent TOO HIGH

After being in the same location for almost a year, the price of the unit went up over 100$ a month without any explanation. Once I moved all of my items out of the unit before the start of the next pay period, I was automatically charged the new monthly payment and had to wait over a month to get reimbursed. This company is not worth the headache
