It’s a clean place and well taken care of

You raise my rent three times in one year. And you charged me a month's worth of rent, after I moved out and still have not returned the money or a phone call after three inquiries.

The staff was always helpful and friendly.

Had my belongings in storage here for a little over a year. When the time came to move out, we discovered everything was covered with mouse urine and feces and a good amount was chewed through...most of which was ruined beyond salvage. Having just moved into our first house, it was unfortunate and frustrating to have to buy all new things because of the damage, on top of the high cost of monthly rent to keep our things at CubeSmart for over a year.

I liked that it had a locked gate and the hours were good. The thing I didn’t like was the cost went very soon after signing up.
