Raising the price dramatically. Seriously it’s price gouging. I went from paying $235 a month to $325 it’s disgusting how you treat your customers like this. The fact that you charge a convenience fee to pay my bill on time is just another way for you to squeeze more money out of me. I would never recommend you

Unit constantly filled with grass clippings

The place is great and I didn't actually leave I just switched units. The Office Manager is really helpful.My only issue is how expensive it is. When I switched units I lost all discounts and the cost for me went up over $100 for a unit only a little bigger.
