Many times codes for gate and doors would not work. Also, upon leasing storage unit started one price then price increase over $100 without explanation. Staff were also very nosey and badgering.

Great facility. Great service and cost.

Terrible that you treat your tenets that have been with you for a length of time... Double charge people for there storage.. never again!!!

Very poor experience. I paid $121 on June 14 for my storage unit, which should have kept it paid through July 13. On June 20, my son temporarily emptied the unit because I am in the middle of a real estate transaction, but I did not authorize a move-out, close the account, or surrender the unit.Within a few minutes of him leaving the facility, CubeSmart processed my unit as “Move-Out Complete” and sent me an email. It appears this was done based on camera monitoring, not because I requested or authorized a move-out. I called immediately, explained the situation, and offered to return and put my lock back on the unit. Instead of helping, I was told I was “out of luck.” No reasonable solution was offered.I paid for access through July 13 and expected my unit to remain available unless I actually requested to close it. Temporarily emptying a unit should not be treated as permission to terminate a paid rental. This was handled poorly, dismissively, and without basic customer service.

I’ve used this storage company for over a year. I’ve had the reassurance that my things were always safe. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back if storage is needed in the future!

The storage unit was fine, but once I was in there for a while, they kept raising my rate until it got to be the price of my old unit. It just wasn’t worth staying anymore.
