Great place, staff and very clean but I don't like how there are multiple price increases over time. I started somewhere in the $174, then got raised to $236.00 and finished recently at $296 in a 1 1/2 year period. There should be laws against this kind of price gouging. I can see 25%, but 70% is excessive.

Raised the rent to 315.00 in 2 years way too expensive!

I liked the 24hr access. Clean facility. Unfortunate issue with the gate broken for a long while, as well as the key pad accesses. Pricing was reasonable at the start but got too high compared to starting over at another facility.
