The tarpon springs facility was always spotless. Staff was always friendly. In 5 years I never had any issues, no lapses in climate control, no rude staff. There is nothing that could have made the experience any better.

I feel like it’s a little bit of false advertisement when you advertise your prices. With the advertisement, you should also include that there’s a mandatory charge for insurance coverage.
