Overall everything was just ok. At the beginning there were a ton of roaches. I reported the issue to staff but not sure if they ever did anything about it. We too care of the pest control in our unit and didn't have issues after that. The other issue I ran into was billing errors on the website and no one seemed to care. I finally got a credit but I had to call quite a few times. It was super frustrating that it took so much work on my end and the website was the issue.

I am very happy with the services provided by CubeSmart over the year and a half I rented space from them. The facility has helpful friendly staff and was always clean and accessible. Thanks for everything!

You increased the price by almost double in the last year. The gate was always broke and I couldn’t use the app to get into the building. Had to go everytime to have the office reset the key pad.waste of money

The elevators have broken at times making it an inconvenient visit , but not every vidit

Spartan moving company in there at time loading items from unit a crew of three one with his pants down showing his full butt and the vulgar noise they called music with the "N" word and The "F" word with kids around on a Sunday and no one around from cube to complain to and have them turn it off. It was quite disgusting and disappointing.I called moving company to complain as well.also saying something to one of the movers in which could have turned confrontational, I recommend that even though there are cameras all around that someone walks around at times when busy to monitor these things. We are local and only rented unit during hurricane season peak in which was already overpriced. And then rate was raised. Therefore we will never be renting again from your establishment and would rather purchase an enclosed trailer Cindy at Holiday location was wonderful to deal with and didn't see her around on lthis day as I tried calling in office to complain and found a notice on door that whomever was working would return in a hour ...which during busy times was not a good choice to lock up and go off to lunch or whatever.U believe Cindy had she been there would have handled this quickly and professionally seeing the safety,and experience of everyone around and not offended by the very nasty lyrics these movers were playing loudly on their stereo speaker outside the truck by the entrance for everyone to hear. Otherwise place was clean and Cindy was amazing but the price is way too high for us to seasonal rent unit. Most of the time we had a unit the gate to get in was broken. The door codes to get in didnt work half the time. Both resulting in not being safe to have personal belongings stored. Limited number of carts so had to carry heavy loads back and forth. Management (Cindy) and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Even with all the issues monthly payments sure went up every year for nothing!
