The site manager, Cindy, makes her own rules, disregards what the contract states. She did not close my rental after I moved out and I am still being billed. She is generally in a bad mood and shares too much of her private life.

The facility is kept impeccable, and Cindy has always been a pleasure to do business with. The overall stay of just over four years was seamless the entire time.

The tarpon springs facility was always spotless. Staff was always friendly. In 5 years I never had any issues, no lapses in climate control, no rude staff. There is nothing that could have made the experience any better.
