Price gouging!

Very clean facility, very close to my house. Perfect location for me to store all of my POS and product for my job, specifically for the Chicagoland market.

By not being transparent about the monthly rate. Let customers pay in advance more easily to lock in their rate. Feels like a total bait and switch. Low price to start and once the unit is full, you raise the price knowing most people won’t leave.

Rodent infestation of storage unit. Majority of items had poop on them. Some items chewed and destroyed. Items would’ve had similar if not better outcome in a friend’s lawn with a tarp on top which is free.

Online ordering went well. Easy to order even on the weekends. Got my unit on a Sunday. And my stuff was in by the end of the day.

I like your storage.

Units were clean but I was able to find storage cheaper elsewhere. Other than that I had no issues.
